Change hpool miner GUI to English

So you’ve downloaded the hpool miner for Chia.

You open up the GUI excitedly.

But you can’t read Chinese.

Fret not.

Open up config.yaml and add the following line below the first:

language: en

restart/start the GUI.

Voila. It’s now in English.
